Q: How much does it cost to have a key for the garden?
A: The annual charge is £150.00 and the year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year. The charge is reviewed each year. The cost for extra or replacement keys is £20.
Q: Can I take my dog into the garden?
A: No dogs are allowed in the garden.
Q: Can I have a party in the garden? Is there a charge?
A: There are certain regulations for having a party in the garden. If you wish to have a party please contact the Grosvenor Service Centre. Please note there is a charge of £100 for children’s parties and £150 for adult parties.
