Q: Who is allowed to use the garden?
A: Belgrave Square Garden is available for use by all who live and work in Belgrave Square as well as all residents, whether freeholders or lessees, on the Grosvenor Belgravia Estate. If you are unsure of whether your property is on the Estate, please contact the Grosvenor Service Centre on 020 7312 0011.

Q: How much does it cost to have a key for the garden?
A: The annual charge is currently £210 plus £60 refundable deposit and £60 registration fee for new members. The keys will be hand delivered on receipt of payment.
Q: Can I take my dog into the garden?
A: The number of dogs permitted into the garden is restricted but applicantions to join the waiting list are being accepted. To register your dog, please call Grosvenor Landscape Management on 020 7730 7788, informing us of the name and breed of your dog. There is an annual registration fee of £30 per dog.
Q: Can I have a party in the garden? Is there a charge?
A: There are certain regulations for having a party in the garden. If you wish to have a party please contact Grosvenor Landscape Management on 020 7730 7788. Please note there is a charge for those keyholders not living in Belgrave Square, and these outside users are limited to holding children's parties only.
Q: Can I use the tennis court? Is there a charge?
A: There is currently a long waiting list to become a tennis court user. The annual charge is £210.00(£110.00 for those residents who live in Belgrave Square). Please speak to Grosvenor Landscape Management for further details.
Q: How do I make a booking for the tennis court?
A: If you are a registered tennis court user, you will have received a letter with your logon details for the online tennis court booking system. If you are a registered tennis court user and have not received a letter, please contact us on 020 7312 6182.
Q: If I have any problems with the condition of the garden who should I speak to?
A: Grosvenor's gardeners are frequently in the garden. However, if you have an urgent query or problem you can contact Stephen Smith or Andrew Maskell on 020 7730 7788.
