Belgrave Square Barbecue Dinner 21st June 2011 - 7:00pm - 10:30pm
As most of our members are aware we held our first summer party last June to which over 320 guests attended. We are going to follow this Cocktail Party with a Barbecue Dinner this year (members will already have received a letter), a prelude to holding our first Ball next year - if all goes according to plan. We will have a couple of marquees (in case we are unlucky with the weather) and tables of ten can be booked in advance, or shared with fellow guests.
We will have our Davidoff Cigar Bar as last year and a Jazz singing group, 'Anything Goes' and mingling among the guests before and during the Barbecue we will have a Conjurer/Magician. There will be a Champagne and Pimms Reception and red or white wine for the Barbecue.
We sincerely hope to see you all at this dinner and have also decided this year to extend the invitations to residents of Belgravia in order to promote the residential community of our area. Members will be invited to bring their guests as last year and will be able to buy a ticket for £60.00 for themselves and their guests, and non members will be able to buy their tickets at £75.00.
